The Hamachi Zenku Super Nano JDM™ Spinning brings the acclaimed Zenku jigging performance to threadline reel users for the first time. Built on an updated nano carbon blank with upgraded SiC guides, a second foregrip for control, and the characteristic thin-diameter Zenku profile, the spinning version delivers the same precision jig action and exceptional sensitivity as the established overhead model — available in three lengths: 5’2", 6’2", and 7’0".
Choose your PE rating to define the rod’s personality: PE 0.5–3 is a finesse tool rated to a 7kg dead lift — outstanding for light snapper, kingfish and trevally with small knife jigs. PE 1–3 steps up the backbone significantly, rated to a 10kg dead lift — an extraordinary specification for a rod this light — handling heavier jigs and bigger reef species with authority.
The 7’0" length is the stand-out option for deeper water: extra length translates directly to faster jig drop speed, better reach across the current seam, and more sweep on each stroke for SPJ technique. All lengths close to under 103cm for travel and ship with a divided rod bag as standard.

10kg Dead-Lift Rated (PE 1-3)
Remarkable backbone for such a thin, light jig rod. The PE 1–3 Zenku Spin dead-lifts 7kg — a significant upper-class buffer that lets you land fish well above the stated line class.
Parabolic JDM Taper
Higher-performance parabolic taper exclusive to the JDM edition — superior jig flutter and action on both slow-pitch (falling) and fast-punch (rising) techniques compared to the standard Zenku blank.
Dual Foregrip
A second foregrip ahead of the reel seat provides wrist leverage and rod control through long drift sessions and prolonged fights — a significant advantage for repetitive jigging technique.
Upgraded SiC Guides
